Roots this Friday, what’s it all about?
Sydney’s punk scene has been deprived of a home for way too long. You see a night claiming to be “punk”, and turn up to a bunch of posers and pop bulls***! F*** that! Roots is here to correct the exploitation of the punk genre and lifestyle and not a moment to soon!
So get down to Roots every Friday night, at Spectrum: 34 Oxford street, Darlinghurst, if your spleen can take it!

Punk DJ’S all night playing stuff like:
bad religion, frenzal rhomb, dead kennedys, rancid, black flag, NOFX, MxPx, the flatliner, social distortion, smoke or fire, banner pilot, less than jake, the decendents, reel big fish, millincolin, new found glory, anti flag, dead to me, the menzingers, dropkick murphys, ramones, the mighty mighty bosstones, sex pistols, strike anywhere, against me!, the lawrence arms, the loved ones, lagwagon, avail, pennywise, no use for a name, strung out, guttermouth, star fucking hipsters, planet smashers … ect
Soooo . . . with that, we’ll be playing along side some great bands at a great new venue, so get off your butts and get to this and support local talent!
Also if you say our name at the door it’s only $5, how sweet is that!
